Jeff Dirks
Chief Digital Officer
Jeff Dirks has served as TrueBlue’s Chief Digital Officer since April 2024 and is responsible for leading its worldwide digital transformation, product strategy, technology innovation, and information technology. Joining the company in 2018, Jeff previously served as TrueBlue’s Chief Technology and Information Officer since April 2019. Before TrueBlue, Mr. Dirks held multiple C-suite roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, at private equity and public companies, spanning his over 30 years of experience in the Seattle technology community. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Germanics and Computational Linguistics from the University of Washington. Jeff is also a U.S. Army Intelligence Veteran.
