Our client is ranked among top pediatric hospitals and is home to the world’s largest pediatric research facility. With over 40 clinical departments and more than 250 specialized clinical programs, the not-for-profit organization provides a complete range of care services for children of all ages.

Our client was looking to improve their candidate screening processes for clinical housekeepers, admissions, and customer service staff.

We deployed a recruiting program in which we worked closely with the client’s internal HR team, using their niche healthcare HR technology, to screen and present candidates who possessed the right mixture of hard and soft skills to ensure each potential hire was the right cultural fit for the organization.

At a pediatric hospital, everyone from clinical staff to housekeepers interacts with children suffering from illnesses and their families, and our recruitment team screened candidates carefully, looking for compassion, empathy, and the ability to work well with children.

The program resulted in 400 annual hires for our client, who has engaged us for recruitment support since 2015. Over the tenure of our partnership, we have supported various positions, including registered nurses, pharmacy, clinical management, and research roles.
