Corporate Social Responsibility
TrueBlue is committed to the well-being of its employees and workers, to improving the communities in which we live and work and to corporate governance that promotes diversity, transparency and prudent financial management.
Health and Welfare
TrueBlue’s Stronger You, Stronger Blue wellness program promotes healthier lifestyles and preventive care for our employees.
The CEO Roundtable on Cancer named TrueBlue a Gold Standard-accredited employer in 2012 for our commitment to a healthier workplace and our focus on cancer reduction.
And, TrueBlue makes the safety of our associates our top priority on every job, every day through its BeSafe program.
Development and Diversity
Our workers are the heart of our business. Every day, we seek to provide the opportunity to work and annually put more than 350,000 people to work. Through the wide variety of jobs we offer through temporary employment, workers can develop skills that can lead to new careers and full-time employment.
At TrueBlue, we understand that strength comes from a diversity of different viewpoints and life experiences. We are committed to maintaining diversity among our employees and promoting inclusion by ensuring that each employee has a voice that is heard within our company.
TrueBlue has been recognized for our best practices by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and we maintain a national agreement with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and have implemented E-Verify into our hiring system.
Charitable Giving and Corporate Support
TrueBlue encourages our employees to become involved with local nonprofits that improve communities and the lives of our workers through our Community Involvement Program. At each of our locations, employees can nominate local organizations for a corporate grant to support its services. Our employees also volunteer thousands of hours each year in support of their communities. We have a long history supporting the United Way and community organizations across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
