Today’s world of work is changing. Businesses of all sizes are using contingent workers at a growing rate, and these workers are demanding greater flexibility in when, where and how often they work.

These trends benefit TrueBlue, and we have helped drive the marketplace by expanding the services we offer through growth strategies and acquisitions. Our specialized staffing, on-site workforce management, and global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions now connect nearly 840,000 people to work.

The combination of strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions in 2015 resulted in record revenue of $2.7 billion, an increase of 24 percent compared to 2014. Adjusted EBITDA increased 23 percent to $147 million.

We placed a strategic priority in 2015 on growing organic revenue in our staffing solutions by focusing on offering more of our specialized services to businesses, efforts that delivered double-digit sales growth.

PeopleScout, which we acquired in 2014, is one of the world’s leading RPO providers and serves businesses of all industries. In January 2016, we significantly enhanced PeopleScout’s client base and further expanded its global presence by acquiring Aon Hewitt’s RPO business. This acquisition advances our strategy to make PeopleScout the leading global RPO provider.

Another recent acquisition is SIMOS Insourcing Solutions, a workforce management firm that specializes in streamlining the way work is performed to drive improved results. With SIMOS’ solutions, an average businesses can save 10 to 25 percent in labor costs per unit while increasing output by 15 to 30 percent. This new offering to businesses fits nicely with Staff Management | SMX and our on-site management of the contingent workforce.

This year is our 20th anniversary as a publicly traded company. We are working faster and smarter, using exciting new technology to connect businesses with the workers they need. From small towns in the U.S. to business centers across the globe, we are providing the workforce solutions businesses need to stay competitive in today’s world.

In 2016, we will continue to focus on creating strong core revenue growth as we also expand our RPO services globally. In addition, we are taking steps to clarify and simplify our service offerings to ensure that our various operations work together more efficiently, and provide businesses with the right people for the job.
